Moreover, I offer content-driven innovation (strategy) workshops, support you in applying for funding programmes, and contribute to the success of your initiatives with my expertise in physics and technology.

An innovation workshop can take various formats and include a flexible mix of participants. In general, innovation management can follow six distinct phases:
- Initiation: SWOT analysis, identification of search fields.
- Idea Generation: Use of various creativity techniques such as Disney Method, 6-3-5, associative word analysis, reverse techniques (e.g. upside-down method), Osborn checklist, and more.
- Idea Selection and Evaluation
- Concept Development: Including market potential analysis, solution options, strategy alignment, cost-effectiveness, collaboration opportunities, etc.
- Implementation Concept: Approach, business plan, risk management (Plan B, C…), implementation planning and approval.
